I’m an Art History undergrad student at FIT. I like to keep to myself but am very friendly! Not looking to become BFFs with my roommate, I just want someone clean, considerate, and independent to live with. I have a 4 year old cat named Bella, so you must be comfortable living with her (she is well behaved and very sweet) and not having any flowers or plants (sorry).

Keeping the common space clean is very important to me, I don’t like to go more than 24 hours with a sink full of dishes, and I like an equal balance of effort to be put in with cleaning. Communication is also a must for me, I want to coexist with clear boundaries and mutual respect for each other.

Must be comfortable with my girlfriend coming over without asking. We are very quiet and considerate, just like to hangout between both of our apartments. I don’t mind guests over, but I am not looking to have parties or lots of loud guests over at a time.

I’m looking for an August 1 move in since my current lease ends July 31. Please message me if you think our values align!!
