I'm a transfer student coming in from Arizona going to Fiu. I prefer someone who is also going to FIU since that would make it easier to find a place.
I like pets so I don't mind them and I prefer somewhere close to campus.

I am looking for someone to share rent with, I don't mind becoming friends or keeping it just by the rent. also i rarely smoke anymore but i put that out there so you know. I am not a bad chef but I don't always cook. I have most of my furniture already so that would help cover the living room and the kitchen.
