I am a man in my mid-20s looking to share the apartment with an individual who has a compatible lifestyle--fully employed, clearance seeking (or sustaining) & career minded. The building has pool with parking available. Rent is $1,500 a month per person all utilities included. My current roommate is departing for grad school, and after exploring one-bedroom apartment option, I would like to stay where I am with a new roommate. The apartment and building are the best I have found, and the price is a bargain for the quality. My landlord is a great condo owner. Alternatively, I am interested in becoming a roomate with like minded near Rosslyn, Courthouse or Clarendon metros.
