Roommate Needed for Large 2-Bdr Apartment
Single, furnished room, move-in ready, in a two-bedroom apartment near the QFC in Crown Hill. $850 includes most utilities and internet. We still pay electricity, but it's reasonably priced. $500 fully-refundable deposit. The room has a bed, large closet and large drawers for storage under the bed. There's a desk with a small, cushioned office chair, and a new nightstand with charging station: 2 USB and 3 AC outlets. Shared bathroom, north-facing room with large window gets a really nice view and no direct sunlight, so it doesn't heat up too bad in the summer. In the winter, it heats up really quick with the thermostat.
The room/apartment is comfortable and the building is quiet. The walls are pretty thick too, so you generally don't hear the neighbors. Perfect for anyone needing a space to relax in, get some work or schoolwork done, or binge watch your favorite show. The decor may be 70's or 80's yellow, but the space is designed for comfort and convenience, and it delivers.
I'm looking for a roommate who's friendly and basically clean, i.e. no need to be obsessive clean. I have a 3 year old tuxedo cat, as rambunctious as ever, but super friendly and sweet. I’m friendly, quiet, and I work evenings. I don’t smoke and I keep common areas clean. Message me with questions and/or to set up a time to meet and view the room.
