I'm Lindsey, and I'm in my late twenties, and I currently live in Wash Park. I'm looking for a female roommate in her mid 20s-early 30s to move into my 2 bedroom apartment starting May 1. My current rent is $1700 (total), which includes gas and water. Utilities are usually $24/month total and internet is $100. We share 1 parking spot, but there is always a ton of street parking. I'm not sure if rent will go up upon renewal, but if it does, my landlord usually only raises it by $30 total/month. There is a washer and dryer/laundry room in the unit. The apartment is about a 10 min. walk from Wash Park, 2 blocks from Whole Foods, and .2 miles from Sprouts.
About me:
I'm a Marketing Manager in the food industry. I've lived in Denver for the past 4 years. I'm easy going, extroverted, creative, and respectful. I like to keep a clean house, and I live a very active lifestyle. I love live music and frequently attend concerts. I'm a skier and love spending time outdoors in nature...pretty much the typical CO transplant things. I usually go out on the weekends, but I like to have a home where I can relax and have quiet time during the work week. I'm 420 friendly and love good wine.
I'm looking for a respectful, responsible, and clean roommate who is motivated and passionate about life. It's important to me that we are able to freely communicate with each other if there's every any issues (I want us both to be comfortable in our home!) I want to be able to explore Colorado and Denver together, or hang out after a long work day and drink wine and watch tv. But I'm also very independent, and I know how to have alone time when I need it.
Unfortunately, we aren't allowed to have pets in the apartment based on the rental agreement.
