I'm 38 yr old who is recently sperated from a wife of 8yrs. I'm a former owner of a renovation and remodeling company called 303 Solutions LLC but am no longer in business since it was ran with my spouse and I am choosing to get out of the construction business for now . I currently work full time in restaurant in Greenwood Village to cover my daily living expenses while I work on starting up an art/music NFT trading company. I'm a non- smoker who rarely drinks. However I am 420 friendly with a red card for medical reasons. But can make accommodations on that if needed.. I am use to maintaining a clean living environment and will be conscious and considerate of those who I will be living with.. I'm a pretty laid back open minded individual who's seeking a place to transition back into a single life of a middle aged man .. life's been a journey and I'm just ready and willing to start a new positive productive chapter.
