We're happy to lease the master bedroom with a private 1/2 bath (500/month), or one of the other bedrooms (400/month). House has only 1 shared shower/bathtub. The house is 1600 sq ft in Carrollton, south of Belt Line and Josey, near Webb Chapel Road. Happy to share: utilities, appliances, common spaces (open floor plan), and a very large backyard. Spare bedrooms are not furnished so please let us know if you plan to bring your own.
We're still in the process of moving into the house and will be done in mid-Sept. We're in our early 30s and are pet-sitting a military friend's cat and a dog. Also, love to play board games and role-playing games.
