Looking for roomies!

Ideally looking into a full house in little Italy / Portugal. I want to take some pride in a place and be able to host friends coming over. I love my current roomies, I’m only interested in moving to pay a little more to live in a nicer unit.

Looking for people I get on with. I know living together brings pressures so it’s important we get along, treat the situation with humour, be transparent with one another, and kill one another if we leave plates in the sink.

Would likely pay around $1300-$1600 for this depending on the place. I'd also consider two/three beds for up to $1700, but haven't found much in that search criteria.
