Apartment is in a very new and modern building and is fully furnished, including desk and chair in room, kitchenware, bedding and towels. All you need to bring are clothes and anything you want for your room. There are lots of amenities are available including an amazing rooftop, pool, jacuzzi, and state-of-the-art fitness center. I have attached a link showing photos of the building, please note that it is not photos of the unit available but it will be a similar style of apartment. The building is .7 miles away from the law school campus. The full price of the rent will be $4050 ($2025 per tenant). All utilities and WiFi are included in the rent. Secure underground parking (Tenant share will be reduced $50/month if no vehicle and increased $50/month with vehicle). I am open to both male and female applicants. The tentative start date of the lease is August 20th-30th, with some flexibility.
