I am looking for a room for long term sublet/lease for $1000 or under (open to slightly above as well). I’m available to move in Oct 1-15th! I do not have support from family, and my credit took a bit of a hit during the pandemic. I am willing to pay for a guarantor service or make other arrangements but I need a room asap! (I have paystubs and invoices to prove income)

My name is Fabi! I am 26, Costa Rican and queer (they/them). I work full time as a Barista and part time as a prop stylist! I also DJ occasionally.

I like to keep to myself most of the time since I work a lot. I mostly watch tv or go on my computer to work on music stuff (never louder than a tv would normally be). I cook pretty frequently and clean up right after. I am 420 friendly, and willing to smoke outside if needed.

I am looking for a trans friendly home since I am getting FFS in the spring of 2023.
