The house can fit up to 4 people. 4 bedrooms Upstairs has a bathtub and shower/toilet. Has laundry and dishwasher, backyard driveway. Balcony, which is good in summer time for sitting outside as the sun hits the backyard from noon till night. Lots of kitchen space and storage.
Live in a quite family neighbourhood
The room can fit up to a queen sized bed and a desk, gets the sun in the mornings till noon.
