I own the house and live in the upstairs bedroom. Bathroom is shared with one other person.

Amazing, sleepy neighborhood - five minutes to Chambers Road Kroger and 5th Avenue Aldi, walking distance to tons of restaurants etc., ten minutes to downtown. At least four bus stops within ~.5 miles.

Under 30 minute walk to Wexner Medical Center/main campus. Great for grad/med/vet students and medical professionals! I’m 35, the other roommate is 24, and we both work full time. 420 friendly and cats welcome as long as they’re fixed and can get along with my old man.
