Located in Quantum Villa on Gateway Blvd. 2nd floor apartment, no one above. Spacious and clean. Great location. The community has two pools and is very quiet. Garage. 54 year old single dad, Registered Nurse. Easy going, easy to get along with, quiet, clean, respectful, good humored, fun, and an outstanding cook. So, I hope you like nice Italian smells and BBQ ;0) I work Monday thru Friday, day shift. Usually go out when I get home, either at the gym, bowling league two nights a week, or just for a walk. OK, sometimes shopping ;0) If it's a nice day, definitely a motorcycle ride ! All utilities are included.. cable, internet, etc.... Bedroom is unfurnished.
