We've got a large bedroom for rent in a spacious 2 bedroom apartment in Chelsea. Can fit a queen bed, dresser, and other furniture. Also comes with a closet and air conditioner! The apartment also has a large private balcony overlooking a garden.

We're a couple in our 20s moving in to the other bedroom on Jan 1, looking for a roommate who's clean, respectful, easygoing, and down to hang out. One of us is a software engineer, working 9-5, and the other is a consultant, away for work on most weekdays. We are friend-loving, compassionate, communicative and clean. In our free time, we like to hang out at home, watching movies, doing our side projects, or go see shows and explore the city. We enjoy talking about tech trends, films, animation, multiculturalism and like to learn about new things!
