Looking to fill one bedroom in a duplex on the northern edge of Sloan’s Lake neighborhood. 1000 sq. Ft w/ garage (shared w/ plenty of storage space), common area is fully furnished. Month to month to start if we can jive then we can look at lease options down the road. Rent is $790 + utilities ($40-$60 per month) that includes high speed WiFi, electric and gas. No cable I just stream everything trheoygh 55inch flat screen. $35 application fee. Must have reliable references and proof of income.
