Renter will have the option to utilize living room with a fireplace as their own. Located near bedroom. Can come furnished (love seat, recliner, and coffee table)or unfurnished

Shared laundry located right by bedroom. Shared kitchen: microwave, pantry, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, air fryer, Keurig.

Use of backyard with gazebo, fire table, bbq.

Parking for tenant will be street parking in front of home or any available street parking.

Tenant will also have the option to utilize the front living room as their own. Can stay furnished or can be removed.
