I recently purchased a 3 bed - 3 bath townhome in Fishers. The move in timeline is set for the end of March and I would love to have 2 roommates. Each room has a bathroom attached one of the rooms takes up the full first floor of the home and would be $1000/month while the other would be $800/month wifi included utilities would be split 3 ways.
