$1500 monthly rental. Flexible start and end date.

Private space: One furnished single occupancy room (second floor) with bed (brand new mattress), dresser and chair (14’x11’) with adjoining office including a desk (9’x10’) and ensuite 4-piece bathroom in a large family home in the Glebe.

Shared Space: The house is shared with owner and potentially another tenant. Tenant has use of a shared kitchen, living room area on the third floor (for tenant use only), shared laundry, a backyard with an in-ground pool, and front porch with seating area. Parking is included.

Inclusions: Heat, electricity, water, laundry, high-speed internet included.

First and last month’s rent required up front. Rent due on the 1st of each month but start and end date are flexible. Kindly provide references and credit check. Guarantor may be required.

Completely non-smoking home throughout (including property), no drugs (including no marijuana), no parties, no loud music.
