Looking for a roommate in the heart of Los Feliz! One of the first homes built in this neighborhood, this classic California bungalow is the perfect place to find solace in the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles. Walkable to restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and Griffith Park. Your room is fully furnished with a dresser, closet, desk, and full-sized bed. If you wish, you will have your own private entrance via the enchanting backyard, which is also yours to use. The backyard is equipped with a large dining table, couches, a fire pit, a grill, and a wood-burning pizza oven. The kitchen is fully stocked with new appliances, and the living room/dining area is also available for you to use. Your bathroom is also the house bathroom, but relatively private. For an additional fee, a studio space is also available in the backyard. A heads up, I have a very friendly kitty who lives with me, but she will not have access to your room. There is ample non-permitted street parking, and utilities are included.

I will need proof of income and 2 references when you submit yourself for consideration. If you are accepted, the first month's rent and one month's security deposit are required. Unfortunately, no other pets are allowed.
