Renovated apartment in west Harlem

We have a very nice renovated four bedroom apartment in west Harlem and we are looking for someone to take the fourth bedroom. We have in unit washer and dryer and a dishwasher in the apartment gets lots of natural light. There are three cats that live in the apartment when they go into the common areas to play they are supervised so they don’t get into anything. We are all easy-going and work pretty regular jobs so it’s usually pretty quiet in the evenings. We are respectful of each others time and space and we like to hang out and have a good time.
