Hey there!
Looking for a housemate to rent the third room in our 3 bed/ 3 bath house (1800 sq. feet) in North Westmont (about 15 minutes south of USC). Rent is $1300 + utilities split three ways. Security deposit of one months rent also required.
Bedroom (270 sq. feet) with an AC and a private bathroom. Living Room, Kitchen, Washer and Dryer, Garage, and Backyard are all shared. Room will not come furnished, but rest of the house is. Not shown in the photos, but we have a bit of a gym setup in the paved area of the backyard. Plentiful parking on the street and in driveway.
The housemates are myself and one other guy (Joaquin), both in our late 20s. I work in Film Production as a set dresser, and Joaquin works in sales currently. Must be okay with dogs as my pit bull (Bicho) also lives at the house. He's extremely friendly.
