I am a young professional, kind, clean, and considerate, hoping for someone similar. I love cooking and working out and am usually pretty busy and don’t spend too much time in the apartment. I also frequently travel Friday through Monday to visit my boyfriend or go on long weekend trips. I don’t know many people in NYC so typically don’t have guests over often.
