I live alone but my boyfriend visits roughly 2 weeks out of the month (sometimes we go somewhere other than ATL.) We both work a lot and go in the office Tuesday/Wednesday otherwise we will share my office and room when we work. I travel often, so I’m often not here and he would not be here when I am not.
I am very friendly but am a bit of an introvert so happy to have a chat or meal but don't be offended if I don't spend a ton of time.

Very quiet garden level apartment 2bed/2bath and my office (which is connected to my room.) Private bathroom with private entry. Walk straight onto the greenway (10ft away.) There is a place to put bikes, plenty of parking. There is a large pool (last summer I didn’t see any wild partying there which is nice) and the gym is under maintenance but will be back soon. Very close to Avalon (5min drive 25min walk,) shops, restaurants, groceries and bus.
Not pictured: I have ordered a TV for the room. I have Max, Hulu, Disney+, Paramount+.
