Hello, I have a spacious 13'x14' room across from Buffalo Bayou available. It includes a connected restroom, is near the elevator & directly above the mail room, pool, fitness center, and directly next to the club house, etc. There is also an outdoor cabana available for rent by the pool in the summer months. It's a beautiful property with an underground parking garage which is secured at night, too. Room is ready as soon as you are! I can start by offering virtual tours & would like to perform a small background check (proof of employment & previous rental details.) My dog is super friendly! If you like dogs, you'll appreciate his puppy energy.
