One bedroom available in a spacious 3-bedroom apartment in Homecrest. The apartment has a large living room, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer in unit, and a large shared balcony. The room itself also has its own private balcony. Rent includes all utilities except for internet.

This is a nice, quiet neighborhood. The apartment is right across the street from a park and just down the street from a Target. Marshalls, T. J. Maxx, and several gyms are also nearby. The Kings Highway (B/Q) is just a 7-minute walk away.

We're both easygoing roommates looking for someone quiet and respectful. There are no pets in the apartment currently, but I'm hoping to get a dog eventually.

We are looking for someone to move in between August 1 and September 1 and stay through the end of the lease in June 2021.
