35 year old man looking for a roommate (no couples please) to help find a 2Br Aprt in the North Salem, Keizer, Woodburn, or the Newberg area. Trying to get a place before March 22nd but no rush if you need time. Must be LGBTQ friendly since I identify as gay so if that's an issue then it's a hard pass for me. I work a 6:30-4 type of job M-F. I keep to my self, keep things clean, and easy to get along. I only ask that you try to do the same.

I love all animals but for now, no pets please. (Had a bad experience) If you have a pet and really need a roommate then let's discuss to see if we can make it work. I am willing to provide for the Wi-Fi but a clear 50/50 on rent please. I also will be receiving a 55" 4k TV with a shelf that goes with it from my folks so we can use that for the living room 😊.

I'll have most Kitchen utensils already available thou if you wish to have your own that's totally fine.

The Max price i can go on my end is $700 thou I would prefer $650.
