I'm Allan, a well-established CyberSecurity professional in my 50s who has rented a house in Cary, right off Cary Parkway near Old Apex Rd.
I'll be moving in on July 1st and am looking to rent out one large individual bedrooms for $800 plus 1/4 of utilities.
Additionally, the house features a guest room with a private bath available for guests.
About me: I am a non-smoker who is quiet, respectful, tidy, and easy-going. I'm an old-school punk/hacker with solid social skills and a strong DIY ethic. I've lived with roommates for over 15 years, and though financially independent, I genuinely enjoy communal living. I also have two bonded sibling cats who are well-behaved, social, and get along great with other cats.
My ideal housemate would preferably be over 25 and established in a STEM-related field. They should be considerate, communicate well, maintain cleanliness in shared spaces, be comfortable with cats, appreciate a quiet, low-key environment, and value open-mindedness and inclusivity with minimal drama.
