I work from home most of the time. I'm active and go to the gym often, meet friends often, etc. I also enjoy downtime in the evenings watching sports or a series/movie. I'm very respectful of space and expect the same. If we get along I'm happy to go on walks, eat meals, watch things, etc. I'm easy to get along with as long as we're on the same page.

I'm a sober male looking to rent my 2nd bedroom for 6-12 months. Wifi and utilities would be included. I would also have a house cleaner come once a month. I may be open to a pet depending on the demeanor/size etc. I keep my place very clean and would expect the same from a housemate. I work from home the majority of the time and am very active. I would ideally like to find someone who is respectful of space and makes sure to keep the common areas clean as I would. I don't mind someone with a significant other but I do not want a 3rd person living in my place so we would have to have an understanding on how often anyone else would be over and staying over. I sometimes have people over but my home is my sanctuary and I need to know I can have peace and quiet when needed. If agreed upon in advance I'm fine with guests coming over periodically.
