I’m a super clean and organized artist looking for like-minded and chill roommates. I work from home as a production designer for an animation studio in Toronto, so I’ll be around most of the time (I’ll be going back to the studio eventually). When cooking I prefer using a meal delivery kit subscription, so you’ll never see me leave the kitchen a mess! I also enjoy baking from time to time, and I always tidy up after myself.

I’m looking specifically for a decently sized room with a private washroom and in-unit laundry, short walking distance to TTC and preferably close-ish to Liberty Village.

I’m 420 friendly, as long as the common areas don’t smell like weed all the time. I don’t have pets (but no worries if you do!), don’t smoke, don’t really party, and I’m very outgoing and friendly. Ideally I’d love to find some folks who’d be down to explore the city, go out for ramen and play some video games now and again.

I would prefer roomates close to my age group who are vaccinated. Also have a preference for female or non-binary roommates. Thanks for understanding.
