Once normal business travel resumes would typically only be there 1-2 weeks per month, also maintaining a condo in Denver so would be there as well. All I need is a bedroom, shelf in fridge, cupboard in kitchen, place tp park car, and access to bathroom and laundry. Mature, quiet, polite, and nonsmoker, like to go out for live music, always am respectful of others in house and appreciate the same. Budget depends on property, location, furnished or not, etc. Work from home so the week or 2 per month I am there would need relative quiet during business day hours so that it is quiet in bedroom for conference calls, would just have a desk and bed in bedroom and clothes.
