Two roommates looking for third roommate to occupy one unfurnished bedroom in Richardson home. Roommate has an quiet elderly 12yo dog. Spacious living room and backyard with charcoal grill. Utilities split between roommates average $100/mo per person (internet, water, electric, trash). Common areas (kitchen, living room, study, backyard) are already furnished. Must be LGBTQ+ friendly/ally. Household is fully vaccinated!

About the location:
Across the street from Vietnamese supermarket and a pharmacy. Target/Albertson’s/Walmart and other restaurants are within a 5 min drive, along with a Youfit and LA Fitness (24 Hour Fitness is within a 10 min drive). Multiple asian restaurants and Richardson chinatown within a 15 min drive.

About us:
I work in downtown Dallas at Baylor University Medical Center and am in a pre-nursing program with UT Arlington with a busy study/class schedule. Hobbies include working out, having family/friend gatherings, and outdoor activities (camping, running, etc). Roommate works at Omni Dallas as a chef and loves to cook.

Target move-in date for 9/10.
