Hi! I'm looking for a new place to stay in Manhattan south of 23rd Street for March 1 move-in.

I moved to NYC in September 2018 for a software engineering job at Union Square, so I'm still new to the city. I'm at the office weekdays from approximately 10-6. I've had many roommates over the years and know that it's important to be respectful of shared spaces.

I try not to take life too seriously, often finding humor in even the mundane. My hobbies tend to be on the quieter side, like computer stuff and reading -- no sports! Since my arrival, I've been having fun wandering around and exploring the city, enjoying the food and the nightlife.

My ideal roommate is not absent all the time or else I'd just find a place of my own. I prefer someone that is independent but wants someone to occasionally hang out with. Cool people, good times.
