Hi, my name is Peyton and I am a grad student at NYU for speech therapy! I am from California and my current roomie (a grad student at Columbia from Munich) and I have found an amazing four bdr 2 bath apartment on the Upper West Side (between 79th and 86th Street). We're looking for two more people to move in with us and are looking to sign asap. The cost per person would be around 1900 USD (exact price still to be defined based on the room) and it's a 1 year lease.
We're looking for someone who is clean (especially keeps common areas clean), laid back and doesn't have pets.
