Hi there :) I am looking for one roommate (preferrably female) to apartment hunt with, since there seem to be better deals on whole apartments right now.

Here is my ideal criteria:

Apartment: 2bed/2bath

Budget: $1200/mo per room

Move-in date: June 1st (this is relatively flexible, I just need to give my current roommates 1 month notice)
Preferred amenities: laundry in building, private bathroom

Location: Brooklyn along the A,C,G lines (for a convenient commute to work). Primarily looking in Bed-Stuy/Clinton Hill area

A bit about me:

I am a 26yo female working in architecture. I love trying new restaurants, and anything related to art and design. I really enjoy cooking and baking, and hope to be able to more at our new place. I rarely have guests over (if I do, I will let you know). I am 420-friendly, but usually smoke only in my room and am conscientious about creating minimal fumes/would be fine to keep it outside as well.

As a roommate, it is important to me that we get along, but have no problem giving you your space as well. I am quiet, clean, respectful and covid-conscious. I am looking for a roommate who is the same, is communicative and that their occasional guests are reasonably quiet and respectful.
