My name is Hunter, I'm an American-born student preparing to study abroad in Vancouver, BC, at Vancouver Community College (VCC), and work in the country before qualifying for Permanent Residency. I am mainly just looking for a roof over my head while I study and work in Vancouver, I am very proactive and ready to help where needed in any given living situation.

I primarily plan to take the Bus and the SkyTrain as my main modes of transport across Vancouver. I plan to apply for a part-time job during my studies, and I am willing to pay whatever rent is necessary.
