My wife and I are looking for a bedroom in downtown or midtown from end of February/ beginning of March. Our budget is around $1200 all included.
We are interested in subletting up to 1700$ for 1 to 2 months.
Here is a short introduction of ourselves: we are a young french couple aged 26. I work in product design and my wife works in the field of economics and statistics.
We don’t smock and have no pets but we are pet friendly.
We both are very sociable and respectful. It is important to us to have a clean place to live.
As a fresh immigrants, we don’t have any credit score nor Canadian landlord references. But we can provide proof of income or references from french landlords.
My wife likes cooking and we really enjoy discussing while sharing a good meal. I am a handyman so I can help with DIY .
