More about me: I'm the Lead Manager at a historical arthouse theater in the West Village, I'm 45 years old, I'm gay and I have 2 friendly, small, mellow cats who have been with me since 2008. Pretty artsy guy here, lifelong interest in films and music and have worked many jobs that have been connected with creativity, the performing arts, film, etc. Currently I also have a second job working for Film at Lincoln Center, so I work quite often. The schedules vary but usually I am at work in the afternoons and evenings.

I have a co-signer in place who has an excellent credit score if necessary.
