Vibrations, Light, Joy, Gratitude & Love🧘🏽‍♀️💫 I am excited to relocate in late December/early January! I’m looking to rent a home, safe area, no carpet, washer/dryer, Central Air, preferably one level home, pool would be nice—not necessary, enclosed backyard, no major indoor bugs issues (except the occasional indoor desert visitor), Small Dog friendly—I have Shih Tzu (12lbs) & Shorkies (6.5lbs & less), they are very good. I care for my space as if I own it—I am very clean. You’d never know I have dogs based on the upkeep of my home. My current apartment is immaculate and odor free. I care for my dogs like they are my children, and keep them very clean. I am working towards rebuilding my Credit, etc., and relocating to LV to be close to my sister, for desert climate and West Coast access—not interested in gambling or partying; I’d like to rent from a private owner or someone not interested in credit/job checks, and more interested in a good conscientious person that will pay their rent. I’m mature, responsible, artsy/bohemian, earthy, quiet, respectful, healthy/clean eating (no meat, no dairy, seafood once or twice month—my diet since 1990.), no alcohol addiction, no drugs, no marijuana, no smoking. I’m an artist/designer/entrepreneur looking forward to becoming a part of the art and retail community in LV, and also building my online presence as well. I’ve sold my work at different times at festivals, art fairs, galleries/boutiques, to personal clientele and at my own store (when I had one), over the past 30 years. I am open to renting a room in a house with one other person (lease holder or owner). Roommate situation must include all above details, and also including private bath. P.S.
