Hello everyone!!!
My roommate and I are renting out our master bedroom in Stuyvesant town located in East Village. Firstly, the room is equipped with two in-built closets with large amount of storage space. It has two huge windows with a beautiful view to the empire state. The room can either come furnished with two twin beds, night stand, and a table or it can come unfurnished, or semi-furnished. Also, the rent includes electricity, water, heat, gas. Moreover, the room can either be rented out to by INDIVIDUALS, or shared by FRIENDS and even COUPLES are more than welcome.
About the Location: The apartment is located close to many different types of bars such as jazz, sports, or dancing bars, and amazing restaurants. The L TRAIN is 7-10 minutes of walk from the apartment, and we have access to local supermarkets to TARGET just within 5-7 minutes of walk. The Stuyvesant Town has many free amenities such as gym, parks, tennis court, basketball court, volleyball court, ice skating etc. There is always plenty to do around here!
My roommate and I are recent architecture graduates with the typical job timings. We are super chill, love to hang out and have a good time together. We have been living in this apartment for around five years now, and we have had different roommates from Australia and France for work experience to students from Boston and California for Co-op's, and we are hoping to find another great roommate!!!
