About Me

I am looking for a renter for the upper level of my home. The Upper Level Unit is 2 Connected Bedrooms with a walk in closet which joins them ~ Shared Kitchen and Laundry on Lower Levels $1200 plus split utilities 150 each. Each roomie has their own level with a few things shared on each.

I live on the main level and have another roommate who rents the basement apartment. Upstairs roomie would share bathroom and kitchen on main level with me, and the three of us share the laundry in the lower level. The two available upper rooms are connected by a closet, one generally being the bedroom and the other being a living room or art room etc. Huge yard with garden. Quiet safe street parking.
