we have a 4 bedroom 3 bath house with 2 students/professional women (20 & 28) and are looking for 2 other women/lgbtq+ students or full-time roommates :) our house is super spacious and trisha is an engineering major while lily works full-time. they are super sweet and are looking for someone peaceful, clean, kind, and communicative. our house is in a scenic, safe, and peaceful area
the rent is 850 (with an $850 security deposit that is refunded after the lease) with everything included (hoa, electricity, gas, amenities like a pool and huge gym, internet, landscaping, etc) but can be changed if you’d like more freedom with utilities. there's a quick background and credit check application that costs $30 dollars if you find that you're interested after touring with them! our landlord is very kind and understanding as well we have 3 of the sweetest cats. please let me know if you feel this might be a good fit 💖💖 here’s the facebook marketplace listing just in case you wanted to see photos or needed more info:
