Clean, easygoing, non-smoker, no pets. Into the ocean, hiking and camping. I like a home where people get along, occasional cook-up or BBQ, but respect each other's space.

Ideally a master bedroom with private bathroom if it's an existing share. Timing flexible, anytime from now through December. Budget up to ~$3k/month for the right place.
