About Me

I'm gay, laid back, like to socialize and have always been pretty close friends with my roommates. I like going out but also work pretty long hours and need that to be respected during the week. I'm pretty clean, love to cook and exercise, be outdoors when its nice out, binge Netflix when it's not. Ideally want to find a 3-4 br around East Village.

The being friends with roommates part is important. I'm pretty new to the city and view finding roommates as a way to make some new friends. Doesn't mean we have to be together 100% of the time but I do want to be able to go out, have fun together, talk about real shit, laugh about sloppy nights - not just be surface level people who live together.

As far as COVID goes, I'm being fairly cautious, but will be going to outdoor bars and hanging at other friends' apartments, all of which brings some risk. If you are being super strict and are nervous about me doing that, we probably shouldn't live together.

Pretty important to me that roommates share some basic views too. Obviously can't be homophobic. But also if you're not pro-BLM, not pro-choice, prefer to be "non political", can't be bothered to worry about the environment, etc. then we miiiiiiight not get along :)
