45 y/o professional who is looking for a great roommate. I am clean but not OCD, I am friendly but also can do my own thing, and I am usually on the go. This is my 3rd year in my current apartment, and I love it for the closeness to the majority of transportation. I keep common areas clean and would love to either set up a schedule or have responsibilities for chores.

I teach private music lessons and have a keyboard in the hallway of the apartment. I don't usually teach in-person lessons out of the apartment, and I have a couple of video lessons that I teach which may require a quick demonstration of a song. I also currently work in the hospitality industry and sometimes may be out all day catering or at my restaurant. I have a myriad of other gigs as well, and I juggle all of these and can update as needed.

I love most things NYC: opera, running on West Side Highway, Central Park, museums, food/bars, exploring, yoga, working out, Broadway, etc.
