Available Room for Rent

Private Single Room ($850/month + utilities)

Hello!

I have a private single room available to rent now. The room is 9 ft. by 12 ft. with 2 closets. Rent is $850/month + utilities (usually about $60-$70) which is split equally between everyone in the house. Lease will be month to month.

Deposit will be one month’s rent ($850).

The kitchen is shared amongst everyone in the house. The main bathroom is shared amongst 4 other people. There is a washer and dryer onsite. We also have a backyard with a grill and outdoor picnic table.

No pets will currently be accepted but I do have a small dog that lives here.
