Looking for a LGBTQ+ friendly roommate who is respectful, pays rent / utilities on time, clean, good communicator, and who doesn't bring the party home.

The 2BR / 1 bath apartment is located in vibrant Long Island City; well situated just off the Vernon / Jackson 7 train (1 stop to Grand Central) and 1.5 blocks away from the waterfront (Gantry State Park). The street is very quiet at night, but has great restaurants and bars in walking distance.

There are plenty of supermarkets (including Trader Joe's and Target) in the neighborhood. A laundromat is also close by.

The room is on the smaller scale (see picture attached); It does fit a queen-sized bed, dresser, and small desk. The room is great for someone who is working hybrid, or is going into the office full-time.

You'll be sharing the apartment with only one roommate, me. I am originally from Europe, non-smoker, in my early 30s, and I work full-time (hybrid).

In my free time,I like to spend time with friends, checking out new restaurants and bars, go on hikes, and I do travel a lot over the weekends.

You would be co-signing a 12month lease with me.
