Hello!

My name is Dylan, and I moved to Austin from Reno, Nevada in summer of 2022 with my partner at the time. Originally, I am from Bend, Oregon. My partner and I have since separated, and come September, the lease will be up on our townhouse.

I have a fantastic cat named Pawl who's been loved by anyone to have met him (lest they were allergic). He is a flame point siamese (it's worth a google), friendly to a fault, and I have successfully had him cohabitate with both other dogs and cats. With time to acclimation he can live with just about any person/pet.

I am a part of a couple running/fitness clubs in Austin, which I attend roughly 5 days a week, and I enjoy running outside of those clubs as well. I also like to climb, hike, and play disc golf. I'm generally up for anything else as well! I am a very early riser and do my best to be early to bed as well.

While I wouldn't consider myself to be strictly introverted, I certainly value my personal time and I am not one to frequently barhop on the weekends. I likely won't host many get togethers, but I have no problem with my roommates doing so (within reason, I do have 9-5, after all).

I am not on any social media, so I don't have anything for you to "stalk" to gain an impression. This being said, I've whittled down a short list of what I consider to be the best coffee shops in Austin, and I would love to meet up to get to know each other a bit. Additionally, I am not shy to questions, so don't hesitate to ask anything you would like to know about me to help you assess whether I could be a compatible roommate!
