Basement room + den + private bathroom & kitchenette

The room is in the Hamilton neighborhood. It's walkable to shops & restaurants like Zeke's Coffee, Silver Queen Cafe, and Emma's Tea Spot. It's on a quiet, safe, one-way street with plenty of street parking. I also have a driveway that can fit 2 cars.

The monthly rent is $900, including all utilities. It's a basement room + den + full bathroom. The unfinished part of the basement with washer & dryer is the only part of the basement that I will need to access, but I can come through the outside door so as not to bother you. You can share my kitchen upstairs, but I will also have a kitchenette set up for you downstairs with a fridge/freezer, air fryer, microwave and coffee maker, if you wish. The space can come furnished (bed, couch shown in pictures) or unfurnished.

I work from home, so I'm here a lot. I have a medium-sized, friendly dog. Prefer no other animals.
