I'm moving back to NYC after 4 years, a 42 yr old female architect starting new work on 5/20 so looking to move by 5/15-5/16 latest however, I can be flexible with the right fit.

In terms of why I would make a good roommate, I'm from there, from 17-38, moved internationally and to SF, then here, Ithaca upstate.....since NYC is coming home for me, I won't be that "obnoxious, OMG I'm in NYC!!!" and can quickly adjust to normal life. Very respectful, considerate, and do my own thing but if the culture of the roommateship is about talking/hanging out once in a while, that's also great too but we don't need to be best friends and I respect privacy a lot.

The only CATCH is...not to waste your time if this is out of the question...I'll be doing a long distance relationship with my boyfriend and want to know if you would have a problem with him visiting 2-3 times a month, on weekends only (late Friday night to early Sunday afternoon). If so, perfectly understand.
