Hi, my name's Felix. I'm a North Eastern transplant living in Houston and I'm in need of two cool roommates starting in March. I live in a three bed room town home in the Montrose neighborhood. I am a young professional looking for roommates that are around my age 20s- early 30s who are relaxed, outgoing and clean. I work for a small tanker shipping company as a data analyst/engineer. My parents are asian-fusion restaurant owners back in NYC, so I do cook often and I cook some interesting stuff that I'll most likely share with you. I get along with most people easily and I'm a very social person(you don't have to be though). My two roommates will be relocating after our lease is up in March and I would love to keep this house because I believe this house is best shared with friends.

Montrose Townhome, looking for two roomates
Hey, I'm looking for two roommates for a townhome in Montrose. The home is located in a very safe and nice area in the Montrose neighborhood. The location for this townhome is ideal for young professionals in their 20s - early 30s. HEB is three blocks away, great restaurants/ sports bars 2 bloks away. The two rooms are about about 240 ($925/m) and 350 sq ft ($1050/m) big with their own bathrooms.
Master Bedroom:
-Giant room in general
-Massive walk in closet
-Jetted bathtub, shower
-private room for toilet
-Huge Windows and great amount of sunlight
1st Floor Bedroom:
- ~240 sq ft bedroom
-private bathroom with 2 showerheads
-TV mount
-Freedom to repaint the walls if you like
-Private A/C unit.
-If needed there's an extra closet across the room if you run out of closet space
The town home is a 3 bed room and 3.5 bathroom town home with a garage that fits two cars. Aside from the mentioned, the house also come with a small backyard that can be used for entertaining, grilling, or even gardening (if you're willing). The house itself has laundry unit, gas range stoves, open concept kitchen, massive amount of counter space, high living room ceilings, a fireplace, two balconies and two fridges. The floors have been recently redone and are brand new hardwood flooring. The landlord is one of the nicest guys ever and really cool person who owns his own business and is very responsive with any issues. The rent is unbeatable for the area with the amount of space that you get. There is no preference for male or female as long as you are courteous and respectful of others. Lease will for 6 months and at the end of the six months, if we all want, we can extend for however long. (Landlord is very relaxed)
